Designed a trade fair stand to present products from Japanese companies at the International Gift Show in Bangkok, Thailand. With more than 30 exhibitors and more than 600sqm, it is a relatively large exhibition stand for a general merchandise fair. The structure of the large wooden frame and the spatial composition of the row of pillars takes a part in order to make something feel like a Japanese atmosphere. The entire booth is connected with a large beam, and the pillar structure that supports the beam is used to separate each booth. The stand was designed to carry on the essence of the 2012 stand space with the wooden structure and impressive lighting. The lighting effects make the impression of the booths clear from a distance. I also created a key visual with an abstracted image of the booth structure and design a catalog with it as a cover.

バンコクのインターナショナル・ギフトショーにおける、日本企業による製品をプレゼンテーションするスタンドのデザイン。出展企業30社超、6000qmを超える、雑貨の見本市としては比較的規模の大きな展示です。大きな木組みによる構造体や列柱による空間構成で、日本らしさのような物を伝えられるようにと考えました。ブース全体を大きな梁で連結し、それを支える柱の構造をブースの区切りとしながら、照明による効果で遠方からでもはっきりとブースの特徴がわかる構成としています。2012年の開催時に木組みの櫓と照明で印象付けた空間のエッセンスを引き継ぐことを念頭に設計を進められました。ブースの構成を抽象化したビジュアルも作成し、それを表紙としたカタログのデザインも行っています。
